ClubEPK is piloting its concierge booking model in Washington, DC through trusted local relationships. During the pilot, requests are reviewed individually and availability may be limited.
DC is not our launch market. It is a deliberately small pilot, run through a cofounder's existing hospitality, music, venue and cultural relationships, so we can learn how the model behaves in a second city before we widen it.

What the pilot is — and is not
What it is
- A concierge booking pilot run through existing local relationships.
- A small number of requests handled individually, end to end, by the ClubEPK team.
- A way to test the model — the brief, the shortlist, the deposit, the follow-up — in a second city.
What it is not
- It is not a launched market. DC does not have the supply density or the coverage of Miami.
- It is not an open roster you can browse. There is no DC directory to search.
- It is not a promise of options for any given date. Availability during the pilot may be limited.
How a pilot request works
- 1You send the briefDate, room, hours, budget range and the feeling you want. No account required.
- 2We review it individuallyEvery DC request is read by a person and matched against the relationships we actually have. Some requests we will not be able to serve, and we will tell you quickly when that is the case.
- 3If we can help, you get optionsWhere we can cover the date, we come back with up to three suitable, available options. A 25% deposit through Stripe confirms the date; the remaining balance is paid to the DJ directly on the terms you agree.
Your first completed booking carries no ClubEPK marketplace fees. After that, 5% on the venue side and 5% on the DJ side.
