Replacement support
If your booked DJ cancels, ClubEPK prioritizes finding a comparable available option — same date, comparable sound, within budget, always with your approval. Availability is not guaranteed; if no suitable option is found, you're refunded, including our service fee.

Only completed, paid ClubEPK bookings can leave reviews — no fake hype, no burner accounts.

If the artist cancels
Documented emergencies and force majeure are always treated case by case.
If the venue cancels
Artists plan their calendar around your date — this protects them the way replacement support protects you.
Your first completed booking carries no ClubEPK fee.
After that, a 5% service fee on the venue side and a 5% marketplace commission on the artist side fund every protection on this page.
