Cancellation policy

If the artist cancels

  • More than 72h before: immediate replacement search, no artist payment, reliability strike.
  • 24–72h before: elevated strike and temporarily reduced search visibility.
  • Under 24h: serious strike, potential suspension.
  • No-show: immediate suspension pending review.

Documented emergencies and force majeure are always treated case by case.

If the venue cancels

  • More than 7 days before: full refund of artist payments made, minus non-refundable platform costs.
  • 48h–7 days before: 50% of the artist fee is due.
  • Under 48h: 100% of the artist performance fee is due.

Artists plan their calendar around your date — this protects them the way replacement support protects you.

Your first completed booking carries no ClubEPK fee.

After that, a 5% service fee on the venue side and a 5% marketplace commission on the artist side fund every protection on this page.
