ClubEPK is a marketplace: we do not guarantee availability, bookings, attendance, revenue or event outcomes. This policy explains what we do with your data.
Account data: email, password (hashed), display name and the role(s) you choose.
You do not need an account to reach us. When you send a venue request through Plan a Night, a partner or contact form, or an ambassador application, we collect what you type there — including your phone number when you give one — to answer it and, if it leads to a booking, to run it. When you buy a ticket, we collect the buyer name and email attached to that ticket so the door can check you in and the venue knows who is coming.
Text messages: we only send them if you ticked the separate box asking for them. That choice is recorded with your request and you can withdraw it by replying STOP or writing to us.
Profile data you publish: stage name, city, genres, rates, photos, videos, riders, availability — this is public by design, it's your storefront.
Booking data: event dates, agreed rates, deposits, and the messages you exchange through the platform.
Technical data: approximate location (only if you allow it, to center the map), device and usage information.
To run the marketplace: show your profile to potential clients, match DJs with gigs, process bookings and payments, send booking notifications and transactional email.
To keep the platform safe: uploaded images are automatically screened by an AI safety filter, and reported content is reviewed by our team.
To improve the product: aggregated, de-identified usage analytics.
We do not sell your personal data.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch ClubEPK's servers. We receive only what we need to operate: booking amount, status and a payment reference.
Service providers that run the platform for us: Supabase (database & storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI features such as content screening — images are analyzed, not stored by the model).
Other users: what you publish on your profile is visible to anyone; when a booking is confirmed, the two parties see each other's contact details to coordinate the event.
You can edit or delete your profile content anytime from your dashboard.
You can request a copy or the deletion of your account data by emailing hello@clubepk.com — we'll action it within 30 days, except data we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example payment records).
We keep data while your account is active. Storage and database access are protected with row-level security; media uploads are limited per-user and type-restricted. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry practices to protect yours.

We use three cookies and no advertising or cross-site tracking. A session cookie keeps you signed in. A `locale` cookie remembers the language you pick, for one year. A `clubepk_ref` cookie records the ambassador or referral code in your link, for 90 days, so a referral can be credited.
We do not sell data, we do not run advertising networks, and we do not track you across other websites. Clearing your browser's cookies removes all three; the site keeps working, it will simply forget your language and any referral.
