First completed booking
Your first completed ClubEPK booking has no ClubEPK marketplace fees. You still pay the agreed DJ price and any clearly disclosed third-party costs.
Subsequent bookings
ClubEPK venue service fee 5%
Separately, the DJ pays a 5% ClubEPK commission on their side. The two fees are never combined.
Payment processing and any additions you approve are disclosed separately, before you pay.

1 · Agree a rate
DJ and client agree the fee — via a gig application or a booking request.

2 · A 25% deposit confirms the date
The deposit is paid through Stripe, together with the 5% venue service fee. On a client's first completed booking both fees are waived — the venue service fee and the artist commission. The date locks on the DJ's calendar instantly.

3 · Remaining balance
The remaining balance is paid to the DJ directly, on terms both sides agree. When the artist has Stripe payouts connected, the client can instead pay in full at checkout and Stripe sends the artist their share.
