ClubEPK is a marketplace. We do not guarantee availability, bookings, attendance, revenue or event outcomes.
ClubEPK is a marketplace that connects DJs, venues, studios and service providers. We provide the platform — profiles, discovery, messaging, booking and payment tools. We are not a party to the agreements between users: the DJ (or studio) provides the service, the client hires it.
Because we are not a party to those agreements, ClubEPK does not guarantee availability, bookings, attendance, revenue or event outcomes.
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One person may hold multiple profile types (for example a DJ profile and a studio profile) under one account.
You keep ownership of everything you upload (photos, videos, bios, riders). By uploading you give ClubEPK a license to display that content on the platform to operate the service.
Content must be yours or licensed to you. Nudity, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, hate content, spam and impersonation are not allowed. Uploads are automatically screened and users can report content; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.
When a booking is confirmed, the client pays a 25% deposit plus a 5% ClubEPK service fee through Stripe. Separately, the artist pays a 5% marketplace commission, withheld at settlement from the funds Stripe holds for the booking — ClubEPK does not hold or transmit user funds. These are two distinct fees and are never presented as a single combined rate.
A client's first completed booking carries no ClubEPK service fee and no artist commission. The booking itself is not free: the client still pays the agreed DJ price and any disclosed third-party costs.
The remaining balance is paid to the DJ or studio directly, on terms both sides agree. Fees are not refundable once the booking is confirmed, except where the law requires otherwise or under Booking Protection.
If a booked DJ cancels, ClubEPK prioritizes finding a comparable available option. Availability is not guaranteed.
Cancellations follow the published schedule in Booking Protection, which is part of these terms: if the client cancels more than 7 days before the date, artist payments already made are refunded minus non-refundable platform costs; between 48 hours and 7 days, 50% of the artist fee is due; under 48 hours, 100% is due. If the artist cancels, no artist payment is due and we prioritise a replacement. ClubEPK processes refunds of amounts paid through the platform. Documented emergencies and force majeure are treated case by case.
Card details never touch ClubEPK — payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.
Paid plans (such as Pro, Agent or Venue Pro) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Don't misuse the platform: no scraping, no fake profiles or reviews, no circumventing fees, no harassment, no illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
ClubEPK is provided “as is”. We verify what we reasonably can, but we don't guarantee the conduct, quality or reliability of any user, and we don't guarantee availability, bookings, attendance, revenue or event outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid ClubEPK in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we'll notify you (email or in-app). Continuing to use ClubEPK after a change means you accept it.
Tickets to an event are sold by the venue that publishes it. That venue is responsible for the event itself — running it, staffing it and admitting people. ClubEPK provides the platform and processes the payment through Stripe: the face value goes to the venue and the buyer pays a separate ClubEPK service fee of 10% (minimum $1.50), shown before payment.
A ticket is personal and admits one entry. Each code is scanned once at the door; a code that has already been used, or that belongs to another venue's event, is refused. The ticket link is the credential — anyone holding it can use it, so keep it private.
Tickets may be transferred to another ClubEPK account from inside the platform, which issues a new code and cancels the previous one. We cannot honour a ticket bought or resold outside ClubEPK.
Admission is the venue's decision, under its own house rules and local law: age limits, capacity, dress code, safety and the right to refuse or remove. A valid ticket does not override them, and no refund is due when entry is refused on those grounds.
If an event is cancelled or materially changed, the venue decides the refund, and ClubEPK processes refunds of amounts that were paid through the platform. Where a ticket is refunded because the venue cancelled the event, the ClubEPK service fee is refunded with it.
Refunds and cancellations of booking deposits are covered in section 4 and, where it applies, by Booking Protection.
If something goes wrong, contact us first: hello@clubepk.com. Opening a bank dispute before doing so may suspend the account while the case is resolved, and we may give the payment provider the record of the transaction — the purchase, any transfer, and whether the ticket was scanned at the door.
You cover ClubEPK against claims, losses and costs arising from your events, your content, your conduct and your breach of these terms.
Neither side is liable for failing to perform because of something beyond reasonable control — among others weather, strikes, power or network failure, acts of authority, or the closure of a venue.
ClubEPK exists because it introduces people who had not met. For 12 months after an introduction made here, bookings between that client and that artist belong on the platform, with the fees these terms describe. Taking a repeat booking off ClubEPK to avoid them is a breach and can end the account.
This is not a restraint on anyone's work: artists and venues who already knew each other, or who meet elsewhere, owe us nothing.
ClubEPK is operated by Vellarin AI LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and that company.
They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute that cannot be resolved between us goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Nothing here takes away a right your local consumer law gives you.
