Trust & safety

Report a problem

If something went wrong — before, during or after a booking — tell us. A marketplace this early only works if the problems reach us instead of getting absorbed quietly by whoever had the bad night.

If someone is in danger

Contact your local emergency services first. ClubEPK is not an emergency service and cannot intervene in real time.

What you can report

A bad experience

A no-show, a late arrival, a set that did not match what was agreed, unprofessional behaviour from a DJ, a venue or anyone in between.

A profile issue

Media that is not theirs, misleading claims, an inaccurate label, a duplicate or impersonated profile, or contact details that do not belong to the person listed.

A payment problem

A deposit that did not go through, a balance dispute, an unexpected charge, or a fee you cannot reconcile with what you were shown.

A safety concern

Harassment, discrimination, threats, intoxication on the job, or anything that made a room unsafe for staff, artists or guests.

Two ways to report

Email us

Write to hello@clubepk.com. Include the date, the city, the venue and artist names, the booking reference if you have one, and what happened in your own words. Screenshots and message threads help more than summaries.

Use the Report button

Every DJ profile carries a Report button. Reporting from the profile attaches the profile to your report automatically, which is the fastest way to flag a listing problem.

What happens next

  1. 1We read itEvery report is read by a person on the ClubEPK team. We review reports individually — there is no automated scoring deciding the outcome.
  2. 2We look at the recordBooking history, messages, payment records and any prior reports involving the same profile. If we need more from you, we come back and ask.
  3. 3We act on what we findDepending on what the review shows, that can mean correcting a profile, removing a label, resolving a payment, restricting an account, or closing the report with an explanation. We tell you where it landed.

We do not share your report with the other party as a document. We do act on what it contains, which usually means the other party learns that a concern was raised.

We do not promise a specific outcome, a response time or a particular remedy. What we commit to is that a person reads every report and reviews it individually.

If your report is about what a label meant, read what Vetted and Verified mean — the labels describe checks and completed work, and they do not guarantee outcomes.
