Trust labels
What Vetted and Verified mean
Two labels appear on DJ profiles, and they mean two different things. One describes a review we performed. The other describes something a DJ has actually done on ClubEPK. Neither is a rating of talent.
The DJ completed ClubEPK's onboarding and booking-readiness review. Depending on what applies to that artist, the review covers:
- Identity and contact information
- Location and travel radius
- Availability
- Rates
- Playable work
- Performance media
- Experience or references
- Technical needs
- Music capabilities
- Professional conduct
- Booking-rule acceptance
A Vetted Profile means the profile is complete enough and consistent enough for a venue to book from. It is a readiness check, not an endorsement.
The stricter label. A DJ is ClubEPK Verified when all of the following are true:
- The DJ completed the onboarding review.
- The DJ completed at least one paid ClubEPK booking.
- The DJ received post-booking confirmation or a review.
- The DJ remains in good standing.
Verified is earned through work done on the platform, and it is not permanent — it depends on the DJ remaining in good standing.
Where reviews come from
Reviews come from completed paid bookings only. A venue that never booked and paid through ClubEPK cannot leave a review, and a DJ cannot solicit reviews from outside the platform. That keeps the record small and honest rather than large and gamed.
What these labels do not mean
Stated plainly, so there is no ambiguity. Neither label guarantees:
- Availability
- Artistic quality
- Attendance
- Revenue
- Safety
- Event outcomes
A label describes checks we performed and work already completed. It does not predict how a night will go. Venues remain responsible for their own hiring, licensing, security and event decisions.
If something on a profile looks wrong, or an experience did not match the label, report it — we review reports individually.
