Frequently asked questions

Short answers, in the same language we use everywhere else. If something here is not clear, write to us and we will answer directly.

What is ClubEPK?

ClubEPK is a venue-first DJ booking marketplace built by Vellarin AI. A venue describes the night it wants to program; we review the request and come back with DJ options that are suitable and available for that date. Bookings, deposits and terms are handled through the platform.

Which cities are active?

Miami and South Florida are our flagship launch market, where we are actively onboarding venues, DJs and local partners. Washington, DC is a founder-led pilot, run through trusted local relationships; during the pilot, requests are reviewed individually and availability may be limited. Every other city is part of the Founding Network, where we accept interest without claiming the city is active.

How does a venue request DJ options?

Through Plan a Night. You describe the room, the date, the hours, the budget range and the feeling you want — no listing to browse and no forms to chase. A person on the ClubEPK team reads it and works the request.

Request DJ options

Do I need an account to request options?

No. Requesting DJ options does not require an account. You only create one if you decide to move a booking forward and want to manage it in the dashboard.

How many options will I get?

Up to three suitable, available options for your date. Fewer if fewer genuinely fit — we would rather send two that work than three where one is filler.

How fast will I hear back?

For complete requests submitted at least seven days ahead, we target a first response within one business day. That is a target, not a guarantee, and incomplete requests take longer because we have to come back to you first.

What does it cost?

Your first completed booking carries no ClubEPK marketplace fees. After that, 5% on the venue side and 5% on the DJ side of the booking. Payment processing costs are disclosed separately, so you can always see what is ours and what is the processor's.

How do DJs join?

Apply as a DJ and complete onboarding: your location and travel radius, availability, rates, playable work, performance media, technical needs and music capabilities, plus acceptance of the booking rules. Applying does not create a listing on its own — profiles go through review first.

What do Vetted and Verified mean?

They are two different labels. A Vetted Profile means the DJ completed our onboarding and booking-readiness review. ClubEPK Verified additionally requires at least one completed paid ClubEPK booking, post-booking confirmation or review, and remaining in good standing. Reviews come from completed paid bookings only. Neither label guarantees availability, artistic quality, attendance, revenue, safety or event outcomes.

What happens if a DJ cancels?

We prioritize finding a comparable available option; availability is not guaranteed. If no suitable option is found for your date, we work through the cancellation terms with you rather than leaving you to chase it.

How does payment work?

A 25% deposit through Stripe confirms the date. The remaining balance is paid to the DJ directly on the terms you agree. Full payment through the platform is coming, and until it ships we say so plainly rather than implying it already exists.

How do I become an ambassador or partner?

Through the ambassadors page. Ambassadors are people with real local credibility in music and hospitality who help open a market from the inside; partners are venues, promoters, hospitality groups, producers, brands and cultural organizations we work with directly.
