About
ClubEPK is a venue-first DJ booking marketplace built by Vellarin AI. Venues, DJs and partners are welcome wherever they are — we review every request individually and tell you what we can actually cover.
OPEN TO VENUES, ARTISTS AND PARTNERS ANYWHERE. ONE REQUEST AT A TIME.
Most DJ platforms are built for artists: a profile, a portfolio, and a hope that someone finds it. That leaves the hardest part of the job untouched, because the scarce thing in this market is not another DJ profile — it is a venue with a date to fill and a specific idea of how the room should feel.
So we built the product around the venue's problem. You describe the night: the room, the hours, the budget range, the feeling you want. We do the matching work behind that brief. The DJ side of the marketplace exists to serve it — a roster that is reviewed before it is recommended, rather than an open directory that anyone can list on.
Availability is not guaranteed. Some briefs we will not be able to cover, and we would rather say so quickly than send options that do not fit.
Your first completed booking
No ClubEPK marketplace fees. Not a discount code, not a trial — the first completed booking simply does not carry our fee, on either side.
After that
5% on the venue side and 5% on the DJ side of the booking. Payment processing costs are disclosed separately, so you always see what is ours and what is the processor's.
We take a percentage of bookings that actually happen. That is the whole model: if a night does not get booked, we do not get paid, which keeps our incentives pointed at real bookings rather than at listings, subscriptions or ad placements.
DJs carry one of two labels, and they mean two different things. A Vetted Profile means the DJ completed our onboarding and booking-readiness review. ClubEPK Verified additionally requires at least one completed paid booking, post-booking confirmation or review, and good standing. Reviews come from completed paid bookings only.
The full definitions, and what the labels explicitly do not guarantee, are on the standards page.
ClubEPK is open to venues, DJs, ambassadors and partners anywhere. Supply is deeper in some cities than in others, so we read every request individually and tell you what we can actually cover for your date — we do not claim a city is served before it is.
ClubEPK is built and operated by Vellarin AI. We are deliberately not publishing headcount, funding or press claims on this page — when we have something verifiable to say, we will say it here.
Tell us about the room and the date. No account needed.
