ClubEPK is a venue-first DJ booking marketplace built by Vellarin AI. We are launching in Miami and South Florida, with a founder-led pilot in Washington, DC.

Why venue-first

Most DJ platforms are built for artists: a profile, a portfolio, and a hope that someone finds it. That leaves the hardest part of the job untouched, because the scarce thing in this market is not another DJ profile — it is a venue with a date to fill and a specific idea of how the room should feel.

So we built the product around the venue's problem. You describe the night: the room, the hours, the budget range, the feeling you want. We do the matching work behind that brief. The DJ side of the marketplace exists to serve it — a roster that is reviewed before it is recommended, rather than an open directory that anyone can list on.

The concierge model

1. 1You describe the nightDate, room, hours, budget range and the feeling you are after. No account required — a booking request should not start with a signup form.
2. 2A person reads itRequests are reviewed by the ClubEPK team, not dropped into a search index. We check the brief against DJs who are genuinely free and genuinely appropriate for that room.
3. 3You get up to three optionsSuitable, available options for your date — not a page of results. For complete requests submitted at least seven days ahead, we target a first response within one business day.
4. 4You confirm the dateA 25% deposit through Stripe confirms the booking. The remaining balance is paid to the DJ directly on the terms you agree. Full payment through the platform is coming.

Availability is not guaranteed. Some briefs we will not be able to cover, and we would rather say so quickly than send options that do not fit.

How we make money

We take a percentage of bookings that actually happen. That is the whole model: if a night does not get booked, we do not get paid, which keeps our incentives pointed at real bookings rather than at listings, subscriptions or ad placements.

How we handle trust

DJs carry one of two labels, and they mean two different things. A Vetted Profile means the DJ completed our onboarding and booking-readiness review. ClubEPK Verified additionally requires at least one completed paid booking, post-booking confirmation or review, and good standing. Reviews come from completed paid bookings only.
