Three tiers

Guidelines, not entitlements. ClubEPK reviews every application and may decline or assign a different tier.

Connector

Brand Ambassador

  • ·About 2,500 relevant followers, or equivalent demonstrated reach
  • ·Authentic engagement
  • ·At least three credible hospitality or nightlife relationships
  • ·Strong local relevance
  • ·Professional content and conduct

  • ·About 10,000 relevant followers, or equivalent offline influence
  • ·At least five credible venue decision-maker relationships
  • ·Successful ClubEPK introductions
  • ·Ability to create approved content
  • ·Participation in pipeline reviews
  • ·Written ClubEPK approval

Compensation summary

This is a summary for orientation only. The signed ambassador agreement controls in every case.

  • ·Connector: generally 20% of qualifying ClubEPK marketplace revenue from personally referred venues.
  • ·Approved City Ambassador: generally 30% of qualifying ClubEPK marketplace revenue from personally referred venues.
  • ·Attribution runs 12 months from the venue's first completed paid booking, subject to the agreement.
  • ·The fee-waived first booking produces no ambassador commission.
  • ·Compensation begins only when ClubEPK collects qualifying marketplace revenue.
  • ·Excluded: artist compensation, taxes, processing costs, refunds, chargebacks, credits and pass-through expenses.
  • ·No payment for followers, applications, signups, raw leads, or recruiting other ambassadors.

Income is not guaranteed.

What ambassadors may not do

  • ✕Negotiate terms
  • ✕Collect money
  • ✕Sign agreements for ClubEPK
  • ✕Guarantee bookings or income
  • ✕Offer unauthorized discounts
  • ✕Claim city ownership
  • ✕Present themselves as ClubEPK employees or talent agents
  • ✕Receive recruiting overrides
